If, for any reason you are unhappy with the product(s) purchased on our site; we will agree to exchange that particular product for an alternative product of the same value if the product is returned within three days (72 hrs) after receiving it(proof of product receipt should be provided to us).
All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense and so, we recommend sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. An exchange can only happen when the product has been received by us.
When it comes to our wigs, SarHap Hair Line reserves the right to deny returns and/exchanges if they have been worn, washed,styled, have products applied to the hair, the lace or hair have been cut or altered with.
