Refund policy

​SarHap Hair Line takes pride in the high levels of customer satisfaction as well as the quality control it provides. Part of our quality assurance measures include a thorough inspection of each order before it is shipped. This is done in order to uphold the premium standard requirements of our clients. As a result, all sales are final.
Refunds are not allowed, however, exchanges may be accepted for natural colour hair subject to the following terms and conditions:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product(s) purchased on our site; we will agree to exchange that particular product for an alternative product of the same value if the product is returned within three days (72 hrs) after receiving it(proof of product receipt should be provided to us).


All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense so, we recommend sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We will not be held responsible for lost packages. An exchange can only happen when the product has been received by us.

No Exchanges and No Refunds are allowed on coloured units.

When it comes to our wigs, SarHap Hair Line reserves the right to deny returns and/or exchanges if they have been worn, washed, styled, coloured, have products applied to the hair, the lace or hair has been cut or altered.
