How To watch for human hair wig/mixed hair
For wigs made of human hair wig or mixed hair, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of both human and synthetic hair.
For example, human hair is made by collecting the hair of multiple people, so even if it is one wig, the hair quality may differ depending on the part. You need to be more careful than when shampooing synthetic hair.
1. Brush the entire wig
Before wetting the wig with water, brush it thoroughly to remove tangled dust. By brushing before shampooing to remove dust, there is an advantage that the shampoo will not get tangled in the hair and the foam will be better.
2. Fill the basin with water and dissolve the commercially available shampoo
Fill the washbasin with lukewarm water of about 30 to 40 degrees. As with synthetic hair, avoid using hot water when shampooing the wig as it may cause discoloration and pain.
Dissolve 5 pushes of shampoo in lukewarm water and you’re ready to go. Human hair and mixed hair wigs use human hair, so there is no problem using commercially available shampoos and conditioners.
3. Rinse with lukewarm water after washing
Hold the front of the wig and dip the entire wig in lukewarm water from top to bottom. Once the wig is soaked in water, continue washing until the water in the basin is no longer cloudy. Finally, rinse with lukewarm water to complete the shampoo.
4. After drying with a towel, apply treatment and let it dry naturally
Drain the wet wig by wrapping it in a towel. At this time, it is recommended to use a commercially available treatment for the wig that can be used in a wet state, as it has the effect of reducing swells and habits when dry. After lightly brushing the whole, hang the wig on a wig stand and let it dry naturally.
